At CABC we understand that effective user training is an important consideration when rolling out a new system to your user base as well as when considering updating user skill sets or initiating new employees in the use of your existing systems.

Whatever stage you are at CABC's Maximizer Training Services can offer an appropriate course either designed specifically for your requirements, or from our roster of standard courses and workshops. We also offer monthly public courses at our new training suite within our headquarters in Newbury, West Berkshire (See calendar for dates).

Training is normally undertaken at your site for up to six delegates and includes all courseware, in the form of handouts. Obviously this allows us to use a copy of your Maximizer database for training which helps your users understand the concepts of operation more easily.

Currently we can offer the following courses and workshops:

• Maximizer Administration Training Course
• Opportunity Management Workshop (utilising tailor made data set)
• Marketing Campaign Management Workshop (utilising tailor made data set)
• Maximizer Portal Administration & Management

Alternately, if you do not have the facility available to house a training course at your establishment then we can offer the use of our new training suite, configured with a copy of your database if required, for a small additional set up charge.

For larger organisations where you might have a requirement to train many users in different locations we also offer Train the Trainer courses where we can instruct your own trainers / users in the use and operation of the software so that they can update their skill sets to include Maximizer Enterprise.
