  • Dynamic E-Mail Analysis, Response and Processing
  • Report Distribution for Crystal Reports - Via e-mail, fax, FTP and web browser.
  • Monitoring Operating Environment Events

Does KnowledgeSync come with Maximizer?

Most Maximizer Enterprise 12 editions include KnowledgeSync Lite, an introductory version of KnowledgeSync. If required, you can purchase the full version from CABC.

What types of Alert are there?

KnowledgeSync Lite has the ability to activate up to six KnowledgeSync Events. By default, KnowledgeSync includes a Maximizer Enterprise EventPak which has approximately 30 pre-defined queries events, including:

  • Appointments (Completed/InComplete)
  • Contacts (Fewer than 20 from Cold Calls/More than 500 from an Advertisement)
  • Hotlist Items (Confirmed Orders/Payment Requests due Today)
  • Opportunities (In Progress  < 5,000 due this Month)

If you find that the standard events do not suit your needs, CABC can help you to create your own events, customised for your business.
