synchronisation is needed, just look up contact data directly from you corporate
database. Add, notes or comments an update the office while you’re on the move.
The Customer Portal is a service and information gateway for your
customers offering self service access to your knowledgebase and the ability to
create and review service case records as well as to link to a range news
stories and other resources.
The Partner Portal allows you to interact directly with your business
partners sharing opportunity data with them and directly receiving feedback and
updates.
